Bytecode Consulting is preparing to launch ClubOS in June 2026 as a modern, multi-sport club operating platform that gives grassroots clubs high-quality digital infrastructure at a predictable cost. Built on AWS serverless technologies and designed for AI-assisted operations using services from providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI, ClubOS is being shaped as a scalable, secure, and extensible platform that works smoothly across mobile and web.
Predictable cost without compromising quality
Many club platforms become difficult to budget for because costs grow with transactions, add-ons, or operational complexity. ClubOS is being designed around clear Standard and Pro plans, with no ClubOS per-transaction platform fee, so clubs can plan their digital costs across the season with more confidence.
The competitive pricing does not mean a lighter product. ClubOS is built on a modern cloud foundation and is intended to compete with established club-management platforms while giving committees a cleaner, more predictable way to run their digital operations.
For grassroots organisations, that balance matters: strong technology, transparent running costs, and a product that can scale with the club instead of becoming another budget surprise.
Modern architecture with AI-assisted operations
ClubOS is being built on the latest serverless technologies from AWS Cloud, giving the platform a highly scalable and resilient base without forcing clubs to manage infrastructure themselves.
The product is also being designed with AI agents and modern AI services in mind, including capabilities from Anthropic and OpenAI. The long-term direction is a self-running and self-managing cloud platform where routine administration, reminders, reporting, and operational checks become increasingly automated.
The platform is multi-tenant aware, so each club can run its own branded site, member records, teams, content, payments, and settings while sharing the same secure underlying product foundation.
Smooth management across mobile and web
ClubOS is responsive by design, giving committees, coaches, players, parents, and members a consistent experience whether they are using a laptop, tablet, or phone.
Core workflows include member onboarding, profile management, payment tracking, alerts, notifications, fixtures, training updates, and club communications, reducing the need for separate spreadsheets, payment exports, website edits, and messaging groups.
Although early product workflows include cricket-specific needs such as Play-Cricket sync, the platform model is intentionally broader. ClubOS is being built to support multiple sports and different club operating models, from single-sport clubs to wider community organisations.
