For the club you introduce
The offer published on 11 September 2026 gives referred clubs 20% off their first year of ClubOS Pro when they join by 31 December 2026 and give the referrer’s name during onboarding. The ClubOS team records the referral and arranges the discount.
After the first year, the usual Pro subscription rate applies. The first-year discount is for Pro; it is separate from the referrer rewards described below.
For the person making the introduction
For UK monthly subscriptions, the published one-off referral reward is £49 when the club chooses Standard or £99 when it chooses Pro.
The reward follows two successful consecutive monthly subscription payments. It is paid in the club’s third month while the club remains subscribed. For annual billing or another currency, contact the ClubOS team to confirm the applicable reward and timing before proceeding.
How to make the introduction
Share the ClubOS referral page with a chair, secretary or committee member and ask them to give your name during onboarding. You can also contact the ClubOS team to introduce the club.
Sharing a link alone does not register a referral. The team confirms attribution and reward eligibility with you. If you pass on someone’s contact details, first make sure they are happy for you to do so.

The club can see how the platform fits its current processes before deciding to join. ClubOS includes personal onboarding, no setup fee and complimentary administrator support through the first full season.
